Welcome to Letterfinlay Lodge hotel, situated in a stunning location on the banks of Loch Lochy and run by a small team of friendly staff dedicated to providing an excellent standard of service to all our guests.
The hotel, set within its own grounds, is located on the A82 approximately 7 miles north of Spean Bridge and just 17 miles from Fort William, the Outdoor Capital of the UK and of course, home to Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain. The hotel is ideally situated as a base for touring the Western Highlands and Islands, Lochaber, Inverness to the North and Aviemore and the Cairngorms to the east.
The hotel is well-suited to cater for residents and non-residents alike, offering Bar Meals and Afternoon Teas. With access from the water for users of the Caledonian Canal, we can even offer shower facilities for non-residents.
Our newly refurbished Sun Lounge and sun-deck, overlook Loch Lochy and the Glengarry Mountains and offer the perfect vantage point from which to watch the world pass you by. Located as it is in the Great Glen, a natural geological fault running from Fort William in the West to Inverness in the East, the hotel affords stunning scenery and sits alongside the route for the Caledonian Canal, built by Thomas Telford between 1802 and 1822, and incorporates Loch Ness, Loch Oich and of course, Loch Lochy.
